Reports suggest the last season’s Champions League finalists, Borussia Dortmund have signed the Partizan’s attacking midfielder Milos Jojic. The transfer fee is rumored to be around two million Euros. Although no official confirmation has been made by either club, Partizan have stated that the player has left their training camp in Turkey.

Milos Jojic has packed his bags and left for an unknown destination. If Jojic passes his medical, he will leave the club,” read the club’s announcement.

The name [of the club] will be disclosed in the next 24 hours.

Jojic was also on the radar of Bayer Leverkusen, and a few clubs from England and Italy. The Serbian international had earlier announced that he would love to make a switch to the Bundesliga.

Jojic has been in scintillating form for Partizan this season, scoring six goals and creating seven. Partizan currently sit at the top of the table and they have none other than Jojic to thank for this.

Jojic also has a single national team appearance to his name. Brought on in the dying minutes of a friendly against Japan, Jojic scored on debut to ensure victory for his side.

Dortmund coach Jürgen Klopp has been in desperate need of a new face or two, and with the likes of Lewis Holtby, Kevin Volland and Shinji Kagawa all proving to be difficult transfers, Jojic will be seen as a useful addition.
