Today during Bayern's pre-match press conference, Pep Guardiola reiterated that his philosophy will not change despite criticism from those high up in the Bayern Munich board and from club legend and Honorary president Franz Beckenbauer.

Beckenbaeur has been critical of the Spaniard on more than one occasion. He told Marca "I can't change what I feel and what I feel is we must play with the ball and attack as much as possible." This most recent criticism comes after Bayern were dumped out the champions league by Real Madrid after losing 4-0 on Tuesday night and 5-0 on aggregate.

Guardiola who's Tiki-taka passing philosophy became famous while managing Barcelona today said;

"When we lose, I always look at myself to see what I did wrong and look to the future."

"I'm a strong person. There was a lot of criticism but that's the nature if the beast. Criticism is normal."

When asked about next season, The tactician had the following to say,

"Our system has been excellent with the current squad. After the season, we'll discuss strengthening if we need to."

"Next season, we will play 100% with my ideas. I can't coach this club or it's players without believing in my ideas"

He concluded by saying;

"We want the best possible performance and result against Hamburg tomorrow. Victory will be good for the players' confidence again."

Something that can't be forgotten about is Bayern had the title wrapped up in record time beating the record in which they set the season before under Jupp Heynckes and also have a DFB Pokal final date with Borussia Dortmund at the end of the month.
