Tim Wiese offered WWE wrestler role

Ex-Goalkeeper Tim Wiese has revealed WWE have contacted him, asking him to turn out for the company as a wrestler.

Tim Wiese has revealed he been offered a contract by wrestling company WWE following his transformation from footballer to body builder.

Speaking to BILD, The six time German international said: "I have an official enquiry from the WWE, It's about working for them as a wrestler. I will listen.

"I don't s*** my pants. Why should I immediately say no? Wrestling is very popular, especially in the States. I will go through the enquiry with my agent next week."

It is said that the vastly experienced goalkeeper, who now weighs 18st, will compete in WWE's "NXT" division. BILD also state he would spend a year training in Orlando, Florida before playing a leading role in expanding WWE in his homeland.

Wiese turned to body building after being frozen out of a Hoffenheim side he picked over Real Madrid in 2012, and has been left without a club since January of this year.
