German giants Borussia Dortmund will be eager to put their domestic woes to one side as they travel to Turkey to face a tough test in the form of Galatasaray, in their third group stage game of the 2014-15 campaign. They will be hoping to continue their excellent UEFA Champions League form this campaign, and with two wins and 5 goals from their previous two games against Arsenal and Anderlecht respectively, it is fair to expect that they are the favourites to prevail again on Wednesday night.

They are currently at the top of Group D, and although Galatasaray only have one point to their name in the group stages, they are coming off the back of an impressive (but late) win in their domestic league against rivals Fenerbahce, courtesy of two well-struck rocket shots from midfielder Wesley Sneijder. The Turkish side were comprehensively beaten by Arsenal 4-1 last time out, and drew 1-1 with Anderlecht also.

Dortmund find themselves already 13 points behind title rivals Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga after their 5th defeat of the season against Cologne on Saturday, so they will be hoping to impress - but playing away from home in a hostile country like Turkey can throw them off their game. Galatasaray are well-known for their loud, intimidating atmosphere, which helps pump up their own players as well as distracting the opposition.

German forward and Dortmund star man Marco Reus had this to say to the media, after he returned from picking up ankle knock a few weeks ago: "We need to fight out way from the bottom as a team, I have been through it before enough times, and it will not be easy. We need to keep working hard, and with that work I am sure that we shall soon be on the road to success again."

INJURY NEWS:

Galatasaray have no new injury or fitness concerns, and Prandelli may field the same starting line-up as he did against Fenerbahce at the weekend. Aydin Yilmaz is the only real doubt to start, whilst midfielders Melo and Dzemaili are only one booking away from being suspended in the competition.

Klopp welcomes back the likes of Gundogan (serious back injury), Reus (ankle) and Mkhitaryan (foot), who all returned to action at the weekend and are poised to start again on Wednesday night. Sahin, Kirch and Schmelzer are all ruled out due to respective injuries, whilst Durm and Blaszczykowski will have late fitness tests.

Here are the predicted line-ups ahead of the game:

Galatasaray: Muslera, Chedjou, Kaya, Camdal, Sari, Melo, Dzemali, Adin, Inan, Sneijder and Yilmaz.

Dortmund: Weidenfeller, Piszczek, Sokratis, Hummels Grosskreutz, Kehl, Gundogan, Mkhitaryan, Kagawa, Reus and Immobile.

From Galatasaray's perspective, there is no better time to face Dortmund, who look strong in attack and have something to prove. Might not be easy for them though, regardless.
