Both teams will be looking for the three points here when struggling Werder Bremen and VfB Stuttgart face off against each other on Saturday.

There is only two points separating these teams with Werder Bremen currently at the bottom of the Bundesliga with just seven points and only one victory all season. However they have been given a boost winning their last two fixtures 2-0 against Chemnitzer FC in the German cup and a 2-1 victory against Mainz 05 in the league last week.

Stuttgart are in a similar struggle currently sitting in fifteenth in the league with nine points with only two wins, confidence will be low after they suffered a 4-0 defeat to Wolfsburg last week.

Bremen are under new management with Viktor Skripnik being brought in after Robin Dutt was sacked after the 1-0 defeat to Cologne, he will be confident if stats are anything to go by as Stuttgart  has failed to defeat Bremen in eight years.

Their biggest threat will be Franco Di Santo who has scored six goals in 10 appearances this season, the Argentine has been subject to transfer rumours linking him with a January move but Bremen have no intention of selling their inform striker.
