After a tough time in Germany, Marco Rojas looks set to move on from VfB Stuttgart at the end of the season.

"Just because it has taken a little while to get going doesn't mean I am going to give up on my dream yet."

The diminutive attacker has struggled in his time with Stuttgart and now with Greuther Fürth, as game time has eluded him even on loan. Rojas has managed a meager twenty-six minutes for 2.Bundesliga side this season and VfB Stuttgart's sporting director, Jochen Schneider, suggested that he may have to move elsewhere to gain first-team opportunities, "The way it's looking now, Marco will be playing for his third club in January."

Interest isn't just from Germany, but clubs Holland, Belgium, Switzerland are reportedly interested and a move back to Australia could also be on the cards. Although his quest for minutes at Fürth were not helped when he placed with a rib injury during the internationals for his country, "So far he has not been able to adjust to the more robust style of play," Fürth president Helmut Hack said. "I have to say that, so far, he has not been able to fulfill our expectations."

However, even with Fredi Bobic and three coaches leaving during his time in Swabia, Rojas remains confident in his ability, "As a youngster, I always wanted to play in Europe. I'll keep fighting and when it's not working out and I have given it the best that I can, I will think about coming back. We'll see how the next few years pan out. I still want to make it in Europe and I believe I can."
