Borussia Dortmund will be looking to carry on their good form in the Champions League this week as they play host to Belgian side Anderlecht.

The Germans currently sit top of the group, but just two points ahead of Arsenal who face a trip to Galatasary on Matchday 6 of the European competition.

Dortmund's Champions League form has been incredibly different to their league form, although they did pick up a vital win on Friday where they beat Hoffenheim 1-0 thanks to an Ilkay Gundogan goal.

Gundogan clearly feels the side is more confident after Fridays win. He said; "We're not going to play only for a draw, we want to win. We've got the chance to finish top of the group and we want to take it."

This win moved them off the bottom of the Bundesliga and will give them a much needed confidence boost going in to this game.

Anderlecht have no chance of qualifying in to the knockout stages of the competition and with a Europa League place already wrapped up, manager Besnik Hasi may look to rotate the squad a little.

The Belgian side slipped four points adrift of Club Brugge at the top of the Belgian league after losing 4-2 to Mouscron at the weekend so this will probably have an impact on the side that Hasi picks.

Hasi recognises his side faces a tough trip. "It is an away game against the best team in the group. We have to put in 100%."

A draw will be enough for Dortmund to secure top sport unless Arsenal manage to overhaul a six goal difference between the sides.

In team news, Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp is set to name the same side that beat Hoffenheim on Friday night, where Mitchell Langerak replaced Roman Weidenfeller in goal. Sebastian Kehl, Marco Reus and Sokratis Papastathopoulos are still sidelined.

For the visitors, Hasi was clearly not happy with the the team after there defeat at the weekend, and as prreviously mentioned, could be set to make various changes. Matias Suarez, Bram Nuytinck and Andy Najar are all out and midfielder Steven Defour is doubtful for the trip to the Signal Iduna Park.
