Inter Milan take on Wolfsburg in the second leg of their europe league tie this coming thursday night currently 3-1 down from the first leg in Germany.

The Serie A side drew 1-1 with Cesena last Sunday, Roberto Manchini's men haven't won in four and their last win was in Europe against celtic when a late Guarin winner sealed their place in the next round. The san siro outfit have struggled for consistency all season and have only had glimours of the side they once were. Xherdan Shaquiri has been a revelation for the Italian Giants impressing heavily since joining from Bayern Munich in January, fans of the home side will be looking for their Swiss playmaker to put them back in with a chance of getting in to the next round.

Wolfsburg can do no wrong of late and continued their spectacular run with a 3-0 win at home to Freiburg on Sunday and continue to sit 2nd in the bundesliga. Bas Dost and Kevin De Bruyne have been the two standout players since the winter break and have contributed massively to Dietmar Hecking's side with goals and assists. Having looked comfortable in the home leg travelling Vfl fans will be hopeful of the same this time round.

The first leg in Germany saw Rodrgio Palacio give Inter a shock lead just six minutes in to the game but goals from Naldo and a double from star man De Bruyne give Wolfsburg the advantage heading in to the second leg.
