Werder Bremen are keeping an eye on Yunus Malli of 1. FSV Mainz 05, whose contract expires this summer, according to Kicker.

23 year-old Malli has netted five times across all competitions in twenty-nine games this season for the zero-fivers and is set to be heading out the exit door at the Coface arena with a contract extension yet to be put in front of him.

In an interview with, HNA Malli was quoted as saying: "I'm open to everything. My goal is to have clarity as soon as possible. But at the moment I just can not say anything.

The attacking midfielder was heavily linked with Turkish side Trabzonspor last week and there's been some rumours that he will be following former manager Thomas Tuchel to Borussia Dortmund or even making a return to Borussia Mönchengladbach.

Since signing for Mainz in 2011, Malli, who holds dual nationality of German and Turkish, has made over seventy appearances for the club.
