At the Signal-Iduna-Park, Eintracht Frankfurt will travel to Dortmund to take on Borussia Dortmund in a battle of the tenth spot versus the eleventh spot on Saturday evening.

Jürgen Klopp still has a bit of work left to do before his reign at BVB comes to an end and that starts this saturday with a match against Eintracht Frankfurt. In their last match against Paderborn, Dortmund absolutely demolished the opposition by defeating them by a score of 3-0 with goals coming from Henrik Mkhitaryan, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, and Shinji Kagawa in the 80th minute to seal the deal. Unfortunately, the yellow and blacks did not live up to expectations all season long and this has been there downfall this campaign. For whatever reason, the squad was simply not performing up to the level that they needed to be at and as a result, found themselves bottom of the league table for a short period of time.

Italian striker Ciro Immobile and 29-year-old Adrian Ramos were supposed to be thumping in goals left and right for Borussia Dortmund this season. However, in 37 combined league appearances, the duo has combined for only five goals -- well below the mark, obviously. There are others on the squad though that have stepped up when the club needed them to. Aubameyang already has 13 league goals, which marked his total output from last season, and Marco Reus has seven of his own. Next season, Dortmund will have to find another double digit goal scorer or find more goals from elsewhere in the team if they want to compete for the title, otherwise it will be Bayern Munich's once more.

Thomas Schaaf's men currently sit one spot bellow their opponent's and are level on points, but have a lesser goal differential. Last time out, Eintracht Frankfrut played decent enough against a good Gladbach side to earn themselves a point as the match finished goalless. However, their recent form has not been very good at all. The Eagles have dropped eight points out of a possible 12, which has dropped them to below the top half of the table as they were fighting for a Europa League spot.

Perhaps the pressure was too much for die adler but it will be good experience for future seasons as Schaaf will continue to build the roster over the summer. Haris Seferović has really found some good form this season and has scored eight goals in the Bundesliga in his first season in the league. 21-year-old Marc Stendera has had a breakthrough season for Frankfurt having played over 1400 minutes -- his heighest of his career, thus far. If this duo sticks around for another year, then Frankfurt can definitely fight for a spot in Europe.

If Borussia Dortmund play up to their potential then they should gather all three points fairly easily. However, Eintracht Frankfurt do play a very good style of football as the visitors defend excellently and can transition into attacking football in an instant. With all of this said, Klopp is leaving Dortmund at the end of the season and this means that his squad will be playing with even more emotion than normal as his time as manager winds down.
