Former Fortuna Düsseldorf forward, Charlison Benschop signs a three year contact with Bundesliga outift Hannover 96.

He joined the 2. Bundesliga side back in 2013 from Brest and made in instant impact up front netting 12 times -- his career high at the time -- in 25 league apperances. His output improved the following year by one, bringing his total up to 13. Benschop was not just a goal scorer as the 25-year-old Dutch national also provided a decent amount of assists as well.

On the official Hannover website he had this to say about his new club "I'm really looking forward to playing for Hannover. Here I'll have the chance to keep developing and to establish myself in the Bundesliga."

This is a very good capture for the Bundesliga side as he should be able to fit up top immediately. He has the size to hold up the ball with his back up against big central defenders and the ability to fire home from anywhere in and around the eighteen-yard-box.
