SC Paderborn 07 have extended the contract of midfielder, Marc Vuncinovic. He'll remain with the club until 2017.
Vuncinovic has been with the Westphalians since he joined from Regionalliga side, TSV Havelse.
After securing promotion with the Benteler-Arena outfit in 2013, the year he arrived, he has made 19 appearances since then - scoring three times.
"Marc is at the best football age and has shown that he is a valuable building block in our squad," said sporting director, Michael Born.
"After the departure of Jens Wemmer he has a good chance to get more game time on the right-side.
"In addition, Marc is useable in both in the defensive and offensive areas of the pitch," he added, delighted with his decision to extend.
After retaining most of their squad so far, Paderborn and manager André Breitenreiter will be hoping to rekindle the success of 2013/14 and bounce straight back.
