AS Roma sports director, Franco Baldini, has confirmed that Roma have concluded a deal with Fulham for Maarten Stekelenburg after both clubs agreed on a price of £4 million.
"I went to London to complete the sale of Stekelenburg to Fulham, there were questions to be answered and we then closed a deal subject to the usual conditions." Baldini told Corriere dello Sport.
AS Roma are also said to be looking for a reserve goalkeeper, as Mauro Goicoechea is moving back to Uruguay after a one year loan with the Giallorossi.
