AC Milan vice-president, Adriano Galliani has spoken that the club may concede to selling El Shaarawy contrary to what his agent has previously stated.

The Italian starlet has been under constant transfer speculation lately, thought to be sought after by Manchester City, with Carlos Tevez potentially heading the other way in a possible exchance for part of the deal.

El Shaarawy recently extended his contract this season and has been everpresent for Milan, notching up 37 appearances and 16 goals in the Serie A this campaign.

Galliani is adamant on keeping one of Milan's best assets but knows if a large offer is made, he would be tempted to take it.

"El Shaarawy is the most sought after player on the transfer market but I have not yet received any proposal, but I cannot rule out he could be sold, because in this market everything can happen," Galliani told Gazzetta Dello Sport.
