A.S. Roma will be hoping they can extend their record breaking early season run when they travel to the Stadio Olimpico to face Torino on Sunday night.

Rudi Garcia's side made it ten wins out of ten in the Serie A on Thursday night with a 1-0 victory over Chievo Verona in Rome, keeping their ninth clean sheet of the season in the process. In spite of their incredible form, Roma's coach, Garcia has stated that his side must let "others" celebrate for them, as there is still a lot of work to be done:

"We will let others celebrate our record, while we stay calm and work hard in at the Trigoria training ground. The likes of Juventus and Napoli are still close to us in the table, so we must maintain our form."

"We are ambitious and have faith in ourselves... We want this run to continue for as long as possible as it is a mental aid for us. After the Italian record, I think we are capable of the matching the European record, which would be another massive psychological boost for us."

During his press conference, Rudi Garica also took the time to assess Roma's ever growing absentee list, which now includes a suspended Leandro Castan:

"It's not a problem that Castan is injured as we have Nicolas Burdisso, who is very experienced and a top level player. He deserves his chance in the starting eleven."

In contrast to Roma's form, Torino have struggled to win games of late, and are now without a Serie A  victory since the 22nd September. The Granata's coach, Giampiero Ventura, ahead of the Roma game, has stated that the visitor's recent run of form will motivate his side:

"Roma are invincible? Good, this will only work to motivate us more."

Ventura's side have suffered a plight of injuries recently, and with Guillermo Rodriguez, Marcelo Larrondo, Omar El Kaddouri, Alexander Farnerud and Giuseppe Vives all set to miss Sunday night's game, Ventura has stated that the injury list concerns him more than Roma:

"Our biggest opponent is our injury list. If you take six or seven players out of any team they will struggle. We have to make the most of what we currently have, but we are in an emergency situation."
