Seedorf's side head into the game at the Olympico in their best form of the season, but with the Dutchman remaining modest and full of respect towards their Giallorossi hosts, who themselves have won 8 games on the run.

“The team is doing well, we will be ready for a big team in a big game.

“We anticipate a game between two teams in a good moment. We know that we have to play at our best in order to compete and bring home the maximum points."

The Rossoneri coach continued to compliment Rudi Garcia's side, specifying their solidity at the back, and admitting his admiration for the club

“This is a Roma that has grown a lot in two phases - they are dangerous when they have the ball, but they have also demonstrated great compactness.

“They are a complete team, they have conceded the fewest goals of anyone. They are a team that has a very important defence, this will be a game where we will need great care.

“We need to be like we were against Juventus and Atletico, we will need that kind of attention. Roma have something extra, just look at the standings.

“Garcia has a team that can become even stronger. The difference between them and us is great, we cannot judge Milan at the same level as them."

Seedorf then turned attention to his own side, expressing the improvements his squad has made, and also declaring he may have something to prove against second placed Roma.

“We are improving, but we still have everything to prove. I have seen an overall growth in the team, in both phases of play.

“We will try to grow further. This is an opportunioty to show that the team has grown and that can find its balance even against Roma."

The fixture will be played in Rome tomorrow, Friday, 24th of April.
