Flamengo are reported to be interested in bringing AC Milan forward Robinho on loan. The former Man City player is reportedly unlikely to join former teammate Kaka in Orlando, and Flamego are now favourites to sign him. With the arrival of Jeremy Menez, the already unsettled Robinho will find it tough to break into the AC line up.

After an unsuccessful spell with City, Robinho was sold to AC for £15m. There, Robinho scored and assisted 25 in 108 games. However, Robinho has fallen out of favour and hasn't been playing regularly. A loan spell to Flamengo could re-ignite his career.

It is reported that Flamengo require the backing of the public to get the money they need for his wages. If so, they can push on and sign the 30 year old Brazilian.
