Jonathan De Guzman has signed for Serie A outfit Napoli for an undisclosed fee from La Liga side Villarreal.
"I am happy to have come to Napoli. I can't wait to start." De Guzman told gathered media.
De Guzman who spent the last two years on loan at Swansea joins former teammate Michu at Napoli who moved to Italy on an initial year long loan deal earlier this summer.
The Canadian born attacking midfielder featured in three of the Netherlands seven World Cup matches in which they finished in third place.
The twenty six year old made near to a century of appearances for Swansea in his two year stint while scoring fifteen in the process.
In other Napoli related news the club waved goodbye to Federico Fernandez who joined Swansea for £8 million today.
