Roberto Mancini got his first win in his second stint in charge of Inter in midweek when they beat Dnipro in the Europa League but he will be desperate to get a win in Serie A and won't face many more difficult challenges this season than away to Roma.

Roma have won all six of their home games in Serie A and have yet to concede a goal at the Stadio Olimpico.  They are the third highest scorers and have the second best defence behind JuventusRudi Garcia will have to lift his teams spirits after they conceded a last minute equaliser in Moscow which means they need to beat Manchester City in their final game to progress to the last sixteen.

The Giallorossi will be without Vasilis Torosidis, Leandro Castan and Federico Balzaretti but Alessandro Florenzi, Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa and Maicon have made the match day squad.

Inter are now 10th in Serie A after last weeks draw with AC Milan and they have gone three league games without a win.  Their win in midweek over Dnipro meant they have won their Europa League group and they will now be able to put their full focus on Serie A.

Mancini will be without Nemanja Vidic, Hernanes, Jonathan and Yuto Nagatomo for the trip to Rome but they should welcome back Mateo Kovacic who missed the game in midweek.

If Roma are to challenge Juventus for the Scudetto these are the sort of games they need to be winning but it won't be easy and Inter look more organised under Mancini and this could be the game of the weekend.
