Juventus or Palermo appear to be the likeliest destination for Cesena midfielder Stefano Sensi.

Gazetta dello Sport report both clubs have seen offers believed to be in and around the €4 million region rejected with the Serie B side putting a €8 million pricetag on the midfielders head. The newspaper says Palermo offered a slightly better offer than Juventus by adding in a number of bonuses.

Quickly becoming a star

The 20-year-old has made 18 appearances in the second tier and has gained many plaudits for his exploits that have become an integral part in Cesena's successes this term.

With three goals, two assists alongside many pleasing performances, it comes as no surprise that he is starting to cement his place in the Italy U20's midfield having already done so at club level.

Palermo wave goodbye to Daprela

Fabio Daprela's contract with the rosanero was allegedly ripped up on the spot in order to allow the Swiss national a free transfer to fellow Serie A side, Carpi.

The 24-year-old found playing time largely limited and made just 7 appearances in all competitions for the club whom he joined in the summer of 2013 from Brescia.

While Daprela exited the doors at the Stadio Renzo Barbera, Bryan Cristante, formerly of AC Milan walked through on-loan from Portuguese giants Benfica with an option of a permanent move available to Palermo. Cristante was tipped for big things at the San Siro and his move away came as somewhat of a shock to Calcio followers who were left scratching their heads wondering why Milan appeared to be letting a highly talented midfielder away while they settled for a few season's worth of disappointing finishes. The 20-year-old made a mere 7 appearances for Benfica since making the switch in 2014 but will no doubt be hoping for more games in a Palermo midfield heavily reliant on Franco Vazquez.
