In an interview with EFE, Villarreal president, Fernando Roig, has stated that his club are interested in signing Mexican international, Giovanni Dos Santos: "he [Dos Santos] is a player that we like and who we see as a good option. We have a long list, but we cannot deny that Gio is on it".
The dimuntive forward is currently on the books of Mallorca, where he signed a four year deal last August. However, the Mexican has been the subject of interest from L.A. Galaxy and Valencia, whom according to Marca, have already had an offer for Dos Santos turned down.
