While in Peru, Pérez spoke to El Larguero about next year's Real Madrid side. The Real Madrid president first spoke about the fact that his side won't be as active in the transfer market as previous years because they possess a wealth of young talent capable of stepping up.

Pérez confirmed that Iker Casillas is to remain at Madrid, and denied the speculation that he had previously asked to leave. "Casillas has been at the club since he was nine and has become a representative of Real Madrid. He wants to retire here."

Speaking about transfer speculation, Pérez claimed that they had not yet begun any transfer dealings. He also went on to say that there is no chance that neither Agüero nor Pogba would be wearing a Real Madrid shirt next year.

Pérez also confirmed that they are currently speaking to Morata about a possible transfer, but that he won't be moving to Juventus. As expected Juventus is not willing to match other transfer offers for the young Spaniard.

Regarding other current players, Pérez boldly stated that both Illarramendi and Di Maria will remain at the Bernabéu next year.
