Sevilla announced on Monday that they have completed the signing of Danish international, Michael Krohn-Dehli from Celta Vigo on a free transfer.

Krohn-Dehli's contract with Celta is due to expire on the 30th June and Sevilla have managed to beat Malaga and Villarreal to secure the signature of the 31 year old midfielder. Sevilla will be in the Champions League next season after winning the Europa League and Unai Emery's side will go straight into the lucrative group stages.

Krohn-Dehli played over 100 games for Celta after signing from Brondby in his native Denmark three seasons ago. He has had an excellent season for Celta and has really thrived under Eduardo Berizzo's management.

Krohn-Dehli, who has 49 caps for Denmark, will replace Stephane M’bia in the Sevilla midfield with the Cameroon international set for a move to Turkey in the summer. Krohn-Dehli and Grzegorz Krychowiak could be a good partnership in midfield as Sevilla look to build on what has been a good season for Los Rojiblancos and they will aim to carry their Europa League form into the Champions League.
