It was an easy match for La Liga table leaders Barcelona as they were able to move past Villanovense with a score of 6-1, at the Camp Nou and advance in the Copa Del Rey.

Dani Alves wonder strike gets Barcelona going

After playing to a shocking goaless draw in the first leg, it took less than five minutes for the Catalans to get on the board. Playing with many attacking Barcelona B players in the lineup, Luis Enrique probably didn't expect a goal from one of his defenders but that's exactly what he got.

Dani Alves took the ball from the outside of the box and lashed an aboslute thunderbolt past Jose Fuentes to give Barcelona the lead at 1-0. It was an amazing strike by Alves and it reminded many Barca fans of a similar goal he scored against Real Madrid a couple of years back.

Sandro later pounced on a poor defensive error by Fuentes and made it 2-0 for Barcelona inside half of an hour. After failing to do so in the first leg, it was clear that the Catalans were not messing about in this match.

Villanovense makes things interesting

But Villanovense got a shock goal back in the 29th minute. It was a great strike by JuanFran as he fired a rocket past Jordi Masip into the bottom corner on a counterattack by Villanovense to make it a 2-1 game. It was a shock to see Villanovense not only create a chance in the game, but score it as well as the rumblings of a possible upset loomed.

But Sandro ended all hopes of that within two minutes as he scored his second of the half to make it 3-1 to Barcelona. The youngster recieved a great ball from Aitor and calmly finished at the near post to essentially wipe out all the momentum Villanovense had worked to get.

That was the scoreline as the teams went inside for halftime.

Barcelona pile it on in the second half

The second half started just like how the first half started as the Catalans hit the back of the net once again. This time it was Munir, the other youngster in the Barca squad as he recieved a great cross from Jeremy Mathieu and headed home the fourth goal for the Catalans on the night.

Juanfran almost pulled one back again for the vistors but his header went just over the bar as he tried to get his team back in the game.

Then Sandro sealed all doubts of the victory with his third of the game when he was on the end of a deflected Sergi Samper cross and fired it home from close range to seal his hattrick.

He later assisted on the sixth goal as he made a run to the box and made a perfect backheel pass which feel kindly to Munir and he slotted it inside the post to make it 6-1.

It was a great night for Sandro and the Barcelona youngsters as they were able to push past Villanovense and advance to the next round of the Copa Del Rey.
