Georgia are the final team to have announced their 31-man squad for the 2015 Rugby World Cup.

The Europeans will be captained by Toulon giant Mamuka Gorgodze, who made a huge impact at the last World Cup which really shot him to prominence on the world scene.

Also in the squad is Vasil Lobzhanidze, who if he takes to the field will become the youngest ever player to play at a World Cup.

The 18-year-old scrum-half has already got five caps under his belt, and will overtake American Thretton Palamo as the competition's youngest player who appeared in the 2007 tournament in France.

Forwards dominated by French-based players

As well as Gorgodze, the vast amount of the Georgian forward pack selected for the World Cup are players who are based in France.

Veteran props Davit Kubriashvili (Stade Francais) and Davit Zirakashvili (Clermont) are both involved, as well as flanker, Shalva Sutiashvili (Massy) amongst an array of other Top14 and Pro D2 league players.

In the back-line there are many more home-based players including Locomotive full-back Beka Tsiklauri, and Lelo Saracens' pair Alexander Todua and Lasha Khmaladze.

Unfortunately, injuries to hooker Zurab Zhvania (elbow) and centre Giorgi Talakhadze (thigh), picked up in the recent warm-up games against Newcaslte has ruled them out of the World Cup.

Georgians not short on World Cup experience

Georgia's head coach Milton Haig may have potentially the youngest ever World Cup player, yet there is plenty of experience in the squad.

Full-back Merab Kvirikashvili has the most appearances in the squad on 84, just four ahead of forward Giorgi Chkhaidze, with both players heading to their fourth World Cup's after making their bow's back in 2003.

Georgia are based in Gloucester for their first two matches Tonga and Argentina who they face in the first week of tournament.

The European's then take on the best side in the world, New Zealand at the Millennium Stadium, before finishing against Namibia at Sandy Park in Exeter.
