Man City looked very good as they take all three points from the Brittania.

90+5': Stoke keeps a high line and gets done as Sterling lays it off for Nolito to bury a second. 4-1 to Man City

90+4': Bojan with a curler but sends it straight to Caballero.

90+3': Stones in the book after a late challenge.

Five minutes of stoppage time to be played.

88': Kevin De Bruyne comes off for Fabian Delph. Ramadan Sobhy also comes on for Marko Arnautovic

86': Nolito seals it! Ihenacho takes it around Given and feeds Nolito far post who seals the deal.

85': Silva breaks free and breaks from Wollscheid. He has two teammates, Sterling at the far post and De Bruyne behind him but goals for goal and finds the side netting.

83': Ihenacho comes on for Sergio Aguero.

80': Sterling's leg goes up as Walters goes down to ground but no pen called from Mike Dean.

74': De Bruyne tries to feed a through ball to Aguero, but Shawcross clears it out for a corner which comes to nothing.

73': Imbula off for Walters.

72': Zabaleta concedes the free kick to Stoke.

71': Yellow card for Joe Allen on his challenge on Zabaleta.

69': First change: Nolito on for Jesus Navas

68': Sterling with a threatening chance on a great ball but Given holds his ground to hold the ball.

61': Another Navas cross is knocked away for a Manchester City corner. The De Bruyne corner is flicked on by Kolarov but cleared by Stoke.

59': Ensuing corner is caught by the Caballero.

59': Caballero unsure if that ball was going in goal with Whelan distracting and concedes another corner.

59': First corner blocked.

58': Allen with a brilliant cross to Arnautovic who could have taken it first time but wins a corner instead.

57': Diouf goes down looking for a free kick but the ball fell to Pieters whose cross misses Arnautovic by a country mile.

55': Sterling concedes the foul after running into Joe Allen who dispossesses him.

54': Diouf gets away with a tug on Otamendi in the box as the corner is cleared away.

53': Corner to City.

Wind at Stoke's back now both in terms of weather and in terms of momentum.

52': Navas' cross thanks to his pace was threatening but Aguero can't get on it.

49': BOJAN BURIES THE PEN. STOKE CITY 1-2 MANCHESTER CITY

Mike Dean trying to hold Shawcross instead of marking him.

48': Penalty to Stoke!

48': Diouf's shot is blocked by Stones for a corner and Zabaleta goes into the book on his late challenge on Arnautovic.

47': Pieters plays a good ball into Arnautovic and the Austrian takes with the outside of his foot but sends it straight to Caballero.

City are in good position to get their first League win on the road since their thumping win over Chelsea last April.

46': Second half has kicked off.

HT - Stoke City 0-2 Manchester City (Aguero PEN 27', 36')

45' Yellow card - Bojan gets booked for a rather needless challenge on the wing.

43' Zabaleta sneaks in behind the Stoke defence but can't get a cross in, as he's judged offside. The correct decision, but another worrying moment for Stoke.

39' Should Stoke have had a penalty? I think so. Allen is bundled over by Kolarov in the area after he takes control of the loose ball, following Caballero's strong save from Bardsley. Bardsley chips back in and finds Diouf unmarked, who somehow heads wide. There is life in Stoke still.

He's on for yet another hat-trick! Kevin de Bruyne produces a delivery of pure class on the right wing and puts the ball right where Aguero wants it. The forward, who lost Glenn Whelan with his run, managed to flick goalwards and find the bottom corner; Given helpless.

36' AGUERO MAKES IT TWO-NIL TO MANCHESTER CITY!

32' The following few minutes from that Aguero opener have been frantic and frenzied, though not in a good way for Stoke. Things have calmed slightly but Mark Hughes won't be best pleased with how they've reacted to going a goal down.

28' Good save! Aguero was in again but was only denied by the boot of Given, who gets down quickly to turn behind on the angle at his near post. The resulting corner is eventually cleared.

What a penalty! He missed two in midweek, but there was no saving that one. Aguero wraps his foot around the ball and finds the top corner. As for the penalty, Shawcross needlessly hauled down Otamedi in the area. Good spot from Mike Dean.

27' MANCHESTER CITY LEAD! AGUERO SMASHES HOME!

26' PENALTY MANCHESTER CITY!

24' Sterling comes inside and he shoots through the legs of Phil Bardsley, but it's a routine stop for Shay Given in the Stoke goal.

23' Arnautovic's free-kick is rifled into the wall and, despite their appeals for handball, Mike Dean remains unmoved. Glenn Whelan's air-shot provides a giggle for all.

21' A tad messy now from both sides, but Stoke have earned themselves a free-kick in a very dangerous position.

17' The game has got very lively all of a sudden! Ryan Shawcross and Joe Allen both make vital clearing tackles at one end, then Stoke race up the other and see Imbula scuff a great shooting chance on the edge of the area.

15' Imbula and Arnautovic both have good chances to break down the left wing but the pair waste the chance to get a ball into the box.

14' Stoke finally make their way forward with purpose for the first time in the game, but they find Otamendi instead of their own man and they win a corner. That is brought clear by de Bruyne.

10' Sterling manages to wriggle off the wing and come inside, only to fire well over the bar as he does so.

6' A nice move from City sees Aguero sneak behind the Stoke defence, only to fire his cross over the head of the waiting Sterling. That should have been an easy tap in.

4' Little to report in the opening few minutes of action, as both teams try to find their way in this match. The pair have had chances to break at speed, but the final pass is lacking.

Kick-off! We're underway at the Bet365 Stadium!

Pep Guardiola has made three changes to the starting team who saw off Sunderland in their Premier League opener, with Bacary Sagna, Gael Clichy and Noltio all dropping out, meaning Willy Caballero will start between the sticks once more. Man City's lineup: Caballero; Zabaleta, Otamendi, Stones, Kolarov; Fernandinho, Silva; Navas, De Bruyne, Sterling; Aguero. City's substitutes: Hart, Fernando, Maffeo, Nolito, Delph, Clichy & Ihenacho.

The team's are in, and for Stoke, Shay Given continues to deputise for the injured Jack Butland once more, while Joe Allen makes his first league start for the Potters. The Stoke line-up: Given; Bardsley, Shawcross, Wollscheid, Pieters; Imbula, Whelan; Bojan, Allen, Arnautovic; Diouf. The home side's bench is: Haugaard, Muniesa, Adam, Walters, Cameron, Crouch & Ramadan.

Team news will be confirmed an hour ahead of kick-off. Stay tuned as we'll bring you that before live minute-by-minute commentary of Stoke City vs Manchester City.

An ankle injury kept Hart's competitor for the position as England's number one, Jack Butland, out of the opening game. He could return to face the Citizens on Saturday. Glen Johnson, Ibrahim Afellay, and Stephen Ireland all remain sidelined. Predicted Stoke City XI: Butland; Bardsley, Shawcross, Wollscheid, Pieters; Imbula, Allen, Shaqiri, Bojan, Arnautovic; Diouf

Let's take a look at some team news, which will be confirmed at 11:30AM, an hour before kick-off. Joe Hart is expected to be beaten to the starting spot in goal by Willy Caballero again, as in the opening league game and Champions League play-off. Other than that, the starting XI for the visitors should be similar to last weekend. Leroy Sane may make his City debut off the bench after injury ruled him out of the start of the season. Predicted Manchester City XI: Caballero; Sagna, Stones, Otamendi, Clichy; Fernandinho, Silva, Sterling, De Bruyne, Nolito; Aguero.

Earlier last season, Marko Arnautovic scored two goals in the opening 15 minutes in the early Saturday kick-off. Stoke fans will be hoping for a repeat of that today.

The last time these two sides met was a great day for Kelechi Iheanacho as the young striker scored a brace in a 4-0 win for City, an embarrassing day for Mark Hughes against the side he was sacked as manager. He'll be hoping to put that defeat behind him and embarrass new City boss Guardiola instead. Fernando and Sergio Aguero both scored as well as Kelechi as Stoke conceded four goals in three consecutive games.

The Citizens also played in midweek, too, a thumping victory against Romanian side Steaua Bucharest in the UEFA Champions League play-off. Aguero scored a hat-trick, despite missing two penalties, as Raheem Sterling shone in a 5-0 victory away from home.

Manchester City came close to the same fate in the late kick-off on Saturday last weekend. Sergio Aguero got things started with a 4th-minute penalty at the Etihad but Jermain Defoe equalised for David Moyes' new side in the 71st minute. On his debut, having recently arrived from Manchester UnitedPaddy McNair scored a late own goal to give Pep Guardiola a first league victory.

It's the second week of the 2016/17 Premier League season and the two sides started in contrasting styles last weekend. The hosts Stoke had an opening day draw with promoted side Middlesbrough. The new boys' new signing Alvaro Negredo had the Potters 1-0 down early on but a fantastic curled free-kick from Xherdan Shaqiri saw the spoils shared.

Hello, and welcome to VAVEL UK's live commentary of Saturday's lunchtime kick-off between Stoke City and Manchester City in the Premier League. Kick-off is set for 12:30PM at the Brittania Stadium. Stay tuned for build-up ahead of today's match from Harry Robinson before Noel Alberto takes over for the game.
