Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, Vavel readers of all ages, WrestleMania 32 is 12 days away and the card is beginning to shape up. With that being said there are still a few questions unanswered and a some matches unplaced. But, don’t you worry! This humble writer has taken it upon himself to give you his predictions for each match on the WrestleMania 32 card! So sit back, grab a snack, relax, and read on as we travel together through the magical world of wrestling!

Pre-Show:

Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal

Just like every pay per view WWE puts out, WrestleMania 32 will begin with a pre-show, but like everything else associated with WrestleMania (and Texas for that matter), this pre-show will be bigger and better than ever before! The biggest night in sports entertainment will begin with the battle royal in memory of the biggest man in sports entertainment, Andre The Giant. The Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal will have members of the roster from every tier, and this writer believes we may even see a few NXT debuts, or possibly a shocking return. Everyone wants to win the Battle Royal and claim the trophy as their prize.

But alas, it will do them no good, as Bray Wyatt and his family will march down the ramp ready for a war, leaving only a victorious patriarch and a stadium full of destruction in their wake. Dominating from beginning to end, expect to see the New Face of Fear become the new Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal winner. Although Wyatt will dominate expect a returning Titus O’Neil to try to stop them in their tracks, you can also bet on a stare down with the #SocialOutcasts, but these men will only stand as roadblocks onto Wyatt’s defining WrestleMania moment, and no, that’s not winning the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. See when it comes to the Eater of Worlds, it’s not whether or not he will snap his WrestleMania losing streak, it is whether or not this is the last time we see him on April 3rd.

Prediction: Bray Wyatt wins decisively

The Usos - The Dudleys - Golden Truth

(Triple Threat Tag Team Tables Match)

The pre-show moves right along to a heated rivalry that began when The Dudleys put the Usos through a table. Ever since the narrative has revolved around the Usos getting revenge, and the Dudleys refusing to use the weapons that made them famous. Somewhere along the line, the on again off again pairing of Golden Truth became intertwined in the story of the feuding sets of brothers.

Expect this match to use all the narrative pieces and become a triple threat tag team table match. Adding Golden Truth gives them a fall guy to let the Dudleys sneak away with a win to stretch this feud out until Payback. Expect to see Golden Truth and the Usos to work together in the beginning to try to take out The Dudleys, but watch the veteran mindset come out in Golden Truth realizing only one team can win.

They will bring the fight to the Usos even throwing a few cheap shots in, whatever it takes to win. In the end, expect The Usos to be a millisecond from a win, until R-Truth or Goldust stops them just before the Dudleys hit the 3D through a table to win the match. The Dudleys must retreat immediately and taunt the Usos from the ramp. Push this feud another month at the least.

Prediction: The Dudleys win after Golden Truth costs The Usos the win

Main Show

Chris Jericho - AJ Styles

(2 out of 3 Falls Match)

The main show begins with the ongoing Y2AJ saga, these two men have been closely intertwined since AJ Styles debuted at the Royal Rumble back in January. The battle began with a series of three separate singles matches spanning a few weeks. After AJ Styles won 2 out of the 3 matches, Y2AJ began teaming together, even earning themselves a tag team title shot against The New Day.

Unfortunately, Y2AJ came up short in that contest, and Chris Jericho grew jealous of the admiration the crowd had for his partner. He hit AJ Styles with 3 consecutive code breakers, leaving the fan favorite lying in a heap. Jericho explained that he was sick of hearing the fans chant for this rookie and not him, and proceeded to cost Styles his matches over the past few weeks. Styles was sick of it and challenged his former ally to a match at WrestleMania, while Jericho has yet to accept, expect to see Y2AJ lock up at the at the Showcase of Immortals.

Would it not be poetic for that match to be a 2 out of 3 falls match? Expect these two gladiators to leave it all in the ring, with Jericho stepping his game up for yet another classic match to add to his plethora, and Styles looking to steal the show in his first ever WrestleMania. The first fall will be a more ground based, technical showing, expect to see Jericho to walk away victorious with the codebreaker for the first fall.

During the second fall the pace will begin to pick up and the acrobatics both men are known for will begin to emerge, expect Styles to use the calf crusher to make Jericho tap to even things up. They give the last fall everything they have refusing to let the other one stand victorious over them. This is where the majority of the high spots come in. You can bet money AJ Styles will hit the Styles Clash for the pinfall victory!

Prediction: Fall 1: Jericho Pinfall by Codebreaker; Fall 2: Styles Submission by Calf Crusher; Fall 3: Styles Pinfall by Styles Clash

New Day - League Of Nations

(3 on 4 Handicap Match for the WWE Tag Team Championships)

The New Day have been on a roll ever since they turned heel. They consistently knock every pitch they get out of the park, and seem to be hula-hooping with Vince McMahon’s brass ring. Three men who before this, were drowning in obscurity, are now one of, if not the, greatest parts of the WWE week in and week out. The New Day should be rewarded for this, so this author believe's they should walk in and out of WrestleMania 32 as champions, as well as relatively unscathed.

Expect the New Day antics to last longer than the match itself. New Day deserves to win in dominating fashion. Expect all three members to hit their finishers on Wade Barrett before gaining the pinfall.

Prediction: New Day Pinfall after Shining Wizard from Woods, SOS from Kingston, and Big Ending from Big E.

Kevin Owens - Sami Zayn - Dolph Ziggler - The Miz - Sin Cara - Stardust - Zack Ryder

(Ladder Match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship)

Kevin Owens is a popular guy heading into what he proclaims to be KOMania. Dolph Ziggler, Sami Zayn and The Miz all feel they deserve a shot at Owens’s Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania, so Owens sets up a  triple threat match to decide his opponent. But to everyone else’s surprise, the three men in the match were not the three men who staked claims to the title earlier in the night.

No, instead, we got Stardust - Sin Cara - Zack Ryder. The match quickly deteriorated into a 7-man brawl with Owens getting an onslaught of attacks on him before he retreated to The Authority’s office. After interrupting Stephanie McMahon she punished him by making him defend against all 6 men at WrestleMania in a ladder match.

This match will be exactly what you expect going into it, a spot fest. But, it has the potential to be one of the most entertaining matches on the card. You can bet that every superstar involved will have a close call with taking the title down and becoming the champion, but in the end Sami Zayn will be taking the title home setting up a one on one feud with Kevin Owens for the title for the rest of the spring.

Prediction; Sami Zayn pulls title down to win

Charlotte w/Ric Flair - Becky Lynch - Sasha Banks

(Triple Threat for the WWE Diva’s Championship)

These three women will embody the Diva’s Revolution on April 3rd. Give them main event time, and they will give you a main event match. These three know each other better than anyone else does, expect this match to be a high octane, heavy hitting, technical classic. Using a mix of high spots, interchanging between the 3 women and a handful of close falls, these women can have the crowd on the edge of their seats from bell to bell.

While all three women are assets to the company, only one of them is destined to leave WrestleMania champion, and that woman is Sasha Banks. The Boss has not been pinned in singles competition since she debuted, don’t expect that to change on  April 3rd. The Boss will lock in the Bank Statement forcing Charlotte to submit. Expect this to be treated as a big deal, this is the crowning moment of the Diva’s revolution thus far.

Prediction: Sasha Banks Submission by Banks Statement on Charlotte

Dean Ambrose - Brock Lesnar w/ Paul Heyman

(#1 Contender’s Street Fight)

This is where chaos meets chaos, a beast meets a lunatic, power meets resilience. This is where every kid who was ever told that they couldn't do something for whatever reason gets to live vicariously through the Lunatic Fringe Dean Ambrose as he looks to take out the Conqueror that is Brock Lesnar.

Ambrose and Lesnar both lost to Roman Reigns at Fastlane, after Ambrose took Lesnar out with a chair but subsequently ate a spear and got pinned. Lesnar believes that Ambrose cost him his shot at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, so Lesnar attacked Ambrose as he arrived to the arena the next night. Ambrose dragged himself from the hospital to the ring to face Lesnar and challenge him to a street fight at WrestleMania.

Lesnar accepted and then dismantled Ambrose with an F5. Throughout the past few weeks various legends have been giving Ambrose gifts from their past to help him defeat Lesnar, expect that trend to continue, with Paul Heyman being the last hardcore legend to encounter him. He too has a present, courtesy of Vincent Kennedy McMahon himself, the winner of Brock Lesnar - Dean Ambrose will be the number one contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Ambrose comes out first with a cart full of the weapons given to him from the various legends, he grabs the barbed wire baseball bat out of the cart and stands on the stage calling Lesnar out. Lesnar’s music hits and as soon as he is in sight Ambrose goes in swinging. The two of them fight for 10 minutes before finally entering the ring. Lesnar hits an F5 as soon as they hit the ring but Ambrose kicks out.

Lesnar is infuriated, ripping Ambrose’s lifeless pile of a body from the ground, and hitting four german suplexes without breaking his grip. Then he tosses Ambrose over the top rope onto the floor. Looking as livid as ever, Lesnar exits the ring and begins to throw Ambrose around the arena like a rag doll. Smashing his body into everything he could. He german suplexes Ambrose into the ring apron and throws him back in the ring.

Lesnar picks Ambrose up for a second F5 and nails it perfectly. One, two… Ambrose gets his shoulder up! Lesnar doesn’t believe it. He locks in the kimura and then the lights go out. The lights come back on, and Bray Wyatt and his family are ringside holding Heyman hostage. Lesnar exits the ring rushing The Wyatt Family, he keeps his offense going well for a moment before the numbers game takes over, The Wyatts dismantle Lesnar.

Each man hitting his finisher on Lesnar with Wyatt hitting Sister Abigail, bouncing the beast’s head off the apron. Wyatt kneels next to his victim laughing as Braun Strowman tosses Heyman on his shoulder, the lights go off again, when they return, The Wyatts as well as Heyman are gone. Lesnar has climbed into the ring and has gotten himself to a four-point base, Ambrose is beginning to pull himself up in the the corner. He grabs Barbie right as Lesnar turns around, hitting him  in the gut with the barbed wire bat. He hooks The Beast Incarnate’s arms and hits Dirty Deeds onto the barbed wire.

Prediction: Dean Ambrose Pinfall by Dirty Deeds on Barbed Wire Baseball Bat

Kalisto - Ryback

(United States Championship Match)

From one David - Goliath match up to another, Ryback vs Kalisto is up next. Ryback has been much more vicious lately and wants to show Kalisto that The Big Guy always beats the little guys. Ryback and Kalisto are both good hands, and both are guys  are underrated and can give a great match in the right setting. Look for Ryback to be more vicious than ever, and Kalisto just looking to make it out alive. A classic speed - power matchup will show that psychology is everything in making a good match great. The winner of this is a toss up, honestly. But, this writer will go with Ryback after a dominant showing. Ryback deserves a good showing at WrestleMania, and Kalisto will surely have many more chances at a WrestleMania moment.

Prediction: Ryback Pinfall after ShellShocked

The Undertaker w/ Vince McMahon - Shane McMahon

(Hell In A Cell [If Shane wins he gains control of Raw/Undertaker can't compete at WrestleMania again])

After his shocking return, Shane McMahon told Vince McMahon he wanted control of Monday Night Raw, as his father is running the company into the ground. He wanted to make sure the company was there for the fifth and sixth and seventh and so on generations. Vince told him he has a deal, so long as he can defeat The Undertaker at WrestleMania inside Hell In A Cell. Shane accepted, almost confidently, but the question remained why would The Undertaker fight Vince’s battles for him, and then Vince revealed that if The Undertaker failed to defeat Shane McMahon, he would be forced to never compete at 'Mania again.

Expect this to light a fire inside both men, and watch as they try to kill each other inside the infamous cell. Shane McMahon will be more reserved than he usually is, but you can still bet on seeing multiple high spots from the prodigal son. Undertaker will dominate the majority of this match, but just as he goes for the Tombstone Piledriver, the pyro goes off and out comes his brother Kane!

Kane rips the door off of the cell, just as he did in 1997, and goes on a rampage destroying Undertaker. He chokeslams him, and follows up with a Tombstone Piledriver. Kane leaves the ring, Shane covers him and gets the pinfall. Vince begins to berate Kane and Kane tosses him aside leaving him unconscious. As Shane’s music hits and he is limping in the ring celebrating, Kane turns around and walks down to the ring and Tombstones Shane McMahon, before hitting his pyro and leaving.

Prediction: Shane McMahon Pinfall after Kane Tombstones Undertaker

Brie Bella/Paige/Alicia Foxx/Natalya/Bayley w/Daniel Bryan - Lana/Naomi/Tamina/Summer Rae/Emma w/Rusev

Lana has been meddling in all of the Total Divas’ business as of late. Expect this to culminate in a match at WrestleMania. This match kills a number of birds with a single stone. First, and most obvious, it gives 10 women a spot on the Showcase of Immortals. Second, it is great advertisement for Total Divas on E!, as well as being a creative way to use Daniel Bryan in a limited role.

Lastly, this match will introduce Bayley to the main roster crowd. This match will be fun and is the perfect cool down match in between the Main Events. Expect each woman to get a small slice of action in the match, but don’t mistake this sprint for a marathon. Tamina should be used only to clear the babyfaces out in a quick rush, and Lana should be used as the fall girl, after Bayley hits her Belly to Bayley suplex, Brie will lock on the Yes! Lock.

But, she won’t be the only one to do so, expect Rusev to have a presence in the match causing a standoff between himself and Daniel Bryan. Have the Bulgarian Brute go for the attack but the Yes! man dodges it locking him in the Yes! Lock to pop the crowd. Expect Bryan and Brie’s Team to lead the AT&T Arena in Yes! Chants after the match.

Prediction: Brie, Alicia, Paige, Natalya, Bayley Submission after Lana taps out to the Yes! Lock

Triple H w/ Stephanie McMahon - Roman Reigns

(WWE World Heavyweight Championship)

Roman Reigns enters first looking ready as ever for a fight. For the past four and a half months Triple H has made his life hell, and it is finally his turn to return the favor. Triple H enters with an entrance like no other, to no one’s surprise. The Arena is electric, they stare each other down from across the ring as Lilian Garcia announces them to the crowd.

The Referee raises the title to the crowd, then to each man, but neither breaks the stare they have on the other. Roman and Hunter are now forehead to forehead. The ref tries to break them up, and that’s when the shots begin being fired. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the slugfest for the ages. These two men absolutely destroy each other and prove to every single person why they are the main event.

Both men have close falls, hit multiple finishers, and kick out of multiple finishers, but in the end, Roman Reigns hits a spear, and gets the one, two, three. Roman Reigns has won! The confetti flies down, Roman clutches the title crying, the Usos and Dean Ambrose come out to celebrate with him, group hug in the middle of the ring. After the Usos leave the ring and head to the back, Ambrose stays behind still celebrating with his brother. Ambrose points to Roman and jokingly taunts him showing he wants that belt, Roman laughs it off and says bring it, but when Ambrose turns to leave, Reigns snaps.

He smacks the WWE World Heavyweight Championship off the back of Ambrose’s head. He proceeds to beat Ambrose all over the arena, leaving him completely lifeless. The show closes with Roman standing in the center of the ring holding his title high above his fallen “brother”.

Prediction: Roman Reigns Pinfall by a Spear
