Bayley has in her short wrestling career become a phenomenon with her smiley attitude and loveable personality making her one of the prized assets of NXT.
The 26-year-old competed in a match at the most recent Takeover event in Dallas against Asuka where she ultimately lost her NXT Women's Championship in what was a stand out match on the developmental card.
While she is currently sidelined through injury and subsequently out of the title picture her presence behind the scenes has not gone unnoticed as the leader of the developmental women's locker room is only increasing in popularity with fans itching for her return to the squared circle.
On Charlotte
With Bayley still in the developmental company, one of her former foes remains on top of the food chain as WWE Women's Champion Charlotte is the top female on the main roster.
She said of her current reign, "I think she is doing an amazing job, it has been really cool to watch her grow because I was in FCW (Florida Championship Wrestling) for her first match and NXT TV for her first match with her dad (Ric Flair) in her corner."
On her ending of her partnership with the Dirtiest Player in the Game she said she is "excited" to see "what her next move will be" and she thinks she will be able "carry on her legacy and name" but thinks that if she (Bayley) were to "make it up to the main roster some time soon" then Charlotte would be a "perfect person to target."
On which stars she would like to face
With the women's division making the transition from 'Diva' to a more professional style as the revolution is well under way and something Bayley is desperate to be a part of.
With so many top stars already on the main roster and a new wave of females making their way through NXT, the talent pool is expanding and could ultimately force the 2015 NXT Female Competitor of the Year up to the main roster soon but who could the 26-year-old face once she eventually makes it there?
She said "Nattie is one of them. I have had plenty of matches with her but I have never been able to have a one-on-one against her. That is one of the matches I have always wanted and she has kind of been saying the same thing for a while since she was in NXT for a little bit."
With Natalya seemingly at the top of the card on the main roster and still pushing for a title opportunity after missing out on the gold on two separate occasions could the Canadian enter a healthy feud with Bayley or will another Superstar take that role?
She said of the possibility of squaring off against Nikki Bella "She is the longest reigning Diva's Champion, she has been there for so long, so I feel like she is someone I can learn from. I know we would have a lot of fun in a match together."
With one half of Team Bella set to return in a couple of months it is a real possibility that her first match could be against Bayley in what would be something of a dream match for the Women's division.
