OKLAHOMA CITY, Ok. -- The Oklahoma City Thunder have cut down their final roster to fifteen, Executive Vice President and General Manager Sam Presti announced Thursday with the releases of Michael Qualls, Julyan Stone, Dez Wells, and Talib Zanna.
Of the four waived, Zanna shouldered the most preseason minutes, appearing in four games for Oklahoma City. He averaged 2.0 points and 1.5 rebounds in his 5.9 minutes of play per appearance.
Qualls, however, did not play a single minute of preseason action for the Thunder, who signed the undrafted free agent out of Arkansas at the start of free agency.
Stone and Wells each participated in one game, logging four and five minutes, respectively. Stone recorded one rebound while Wells tallied a point and a steal in his limited on-court time.
The Thunder did not draft any of the four forementioned prospects, and so the loss of talent won't plague the organization. As it stands, below is the final 2015-16 roster for OKC.

---|---|---|
Guard | D.J. Augustin | 7 years |
Guard | Anthony Morrow | 7 years |

More cuts may come before or soon after the Thunder's regular season debut, in which the team will host their Western Conference foes, the San Antonio Spurs, next Wednesday at their home venue of Chesapeake Energy Arena.
The team looks in mid-season form after an electric final preseason performance and 113-102 win over the Utah Jazz behind 29 points from Kevin Durant and a triple-double from Russell Westbrook.
