After a good start by the Chicago Bulls at the start of the season, the Fred Hoiberg team has struggled of late amassing a 16-12 win-loss record on the season. The Bulls have not able to get the most out of their lineup and now they are looking for a "talented wing player" via trade to give the team a boost. According to the Chicago Sun Times, the Bulls are making call to trade big men Taj Gibson and Joakim Noah before the February 19th trade deadline. An added wing men could alleviate some of the Bulls shooting woes.

Noah is coming into the trade deadline with a loss of value as he is currently sidelined with a shoulder injury. The 30 year old will become a free agent at the end of this season. He has seen his production go down dramatically in the lost couple of years and has been in a bench role for the 1st time in his career under the guidance of coach Hoiberg. With only 1 start this season, the 6'11 center is averaging 4.5 points per game and 8.8 rebounds per game.

Gibson will hit free agency after next year. The 30 year old has averaged 7.6 points per game and 6.3 rebounds in 28 games played. It is the 6'9" forward's 6th NBA season.

Many critics have fired back at Coach Hoiberg and management for their handling of the team through the start of the season. Making a change could prove to be the right move for the Bulls moving forward. No specific wing players have been brought up as of now. The players will have to play with resiliency as rumors will heighten closing in on the trade deadline. After an offseason of almost no change for the Bulls roster, it could be a new chapter for Chicago.
