New York Knicks legend and Georgetown Hoyas Head Coach, Patrick Ewing, has tested positive for Coronavirus.

The Hoyas released an official statement which Ewing shared through his twitter account, advising everyone not to take this virus lightly.

The 57 year-old born in Jamaica is under care at a hospital and isolated. No other members of that team or staff have tested positive, Georgetown said.

Ewing, who has coached Georgetown since 2017, was named an All-Star 11 times and won two olympic gold medals with the United States in 1984 and 1992.
