As many of y'all know already, the NBA allowed players to switch their last names on their jerseys with messages of social injustice. Some decided to do it, but others like LeBron James and Anthony Davis decided to stick with their last names.

The Milwaukee Bucks star and current NBA MVP, Giannis Antetokounmpo decided that he will put 'Equality' in the back of his jersey. His brother, Thanasis, will also wear the same, according to Malika Andrews from ESPN.

As the MVP of the league, Giannis has one of the biggest platforms in the world, and decided to use this message to help promote a much needed social reform.

Antetokounmpo's teammate, Khris Middleton, opted to choose 'Black Lives Matter' for the back of his jersey, as he feels it’s the “most important” message right now, according to Eric Woodyard from ESPN.
