The Sacramento Kings chances' on making a playoff push get thinner and thinner and the Orlando restart hasn't even started yet. Luke Walton's team just received some tough news, as they won't be able to have one of their best players at the resumed season.

Shams Charania from The Athletic confirmed Marvin Bagley III will be out for the remainder of the season with a right foot injury. The Forward suffered a lateral foot sprain and is expected to be in a boot for at least two weeks.

The Kings star really has struggled to remain healthy. The 6'11 Forward played only 13 games in an injury-plagued 2020 season, where he averaged 14.2 points, 7.5 rebounds and 0.8 assists per contest.

The Kings haven't reached the playoffs in the West since 2006. They were hoping this could be the year the streak ended, but guess it will continue extending.

Harry Giles and Nemanja Bjelica will come in for Walton's team and play more minutes, with the hope they can step up. Sacramento is currently the 11th. place in the West at 28-36, four games behind the 8th. seed, Memphis Grizzlies.
