The Center told Charania he has been sidelined for over a month with COVID-19 and hasn’t touched a basketball in over 30 days.
“It actually put me on my butt for a good week. I slept for four days straight,” he said.
Baynes averaged 11.5 points and 5.6 rebounds per game in just over 22 minutes of action this season.
Another player from the Suns who also tested positive was Ricky Rubio. The Spanish guard didn't travel with the team at first to Orlando but was cleared and eventually got into 'the bubble'. It is still unclear when he was initially diagnosed.
