There's a reason why the call Rajon Rondo the master of getting players involved. His leadership and passing ability is off the charts, and he keeps proving it, as he has broken yet another record during the 2020 NBA Playoffs.

The Lakers guard passed Kobe Bryant on the league's all-time playoff assist leaders list. His 1,042 assists through 113 games in the playoffs rank ninth all-time.

Rondo needs seven more assists to pass Scottie Pippen and move into eighth all-time. Magic Johnson is the overall leader with 2,346 playoff assists.

Prior to this year's playoffs, Rondo sat at the 13th spot in the list. After multiple great performances which helped the Lakers clinch a spot in the Western Conference Finals, 'Doe' has surpassed Isiah Thomas, Dennis Johnson, Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant on the all-time list.

Lakers guard Rajon Rondo teammates are shooting 68% off his passes in the postseason, which speaks highly of his passing abilities and how he’s putting his colleagues in position to be successful.

Surrounded by great shooters in Los Angeles including Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Danny Green, there’s no doubt Rondo will keep moving up in the playoff assist leaderboard.
