Things don't seem to be slowing down for LeBron James in year 17. 'The King', who led the Los Angeles Lakers to the 2020 NBA title and received Finals MVP honors, will be rated as a 98 in NBA 2K21, making him the highest-rated player in the video game.

Right behind him in the ratings is Milwaukee Bucks star and two-time Kia MVP winner Giannis Antetokounmpo, who is a 97.

James led the league in assists last season for the first time in his career, averaging  10.2 dimes per game. He also recorded 25.3 points and 7.8 rebounds per contest through the 67 games he played during the regular season.

'Bron' also guided the Lakers in the postseason. The four-time MVP collected 27.6 points, 10.8 rebounds and 8.8 assists per game in the playoffs.

The Lakers star is joined by Antetokounmpo (97), James Harden (96), Stephen Curry (95), Kevin Durant (95), Luka Doncic (94), Jimmy Butler (93), Kyrie Irving (90), and Jayson Tatum (90) as the only players rated above 90 in this year's 2K edition.

LeBron made his game debut in ESPN Basketball (78) & NBA Live 04 (69).

During the summer, 2K confirmed Damian Lillard, Zion Williamson and Kobe Bryant would be the three covers for NBA 2K21. The game will launch for PS5 on November 12 and for XBox Series X on November 10.
