ESPN's Jonathan Givony has reported the potential No.1 overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, LaMelo Ball has conducted an individual workout with the Minnesota Timberwolves in Southern California.
This was the first private workout Ball granted an NBA team, as the Timberwolves currently have will pick first in this year's draft.

Ball reportedly had previously met with Minnesota's Head Coach, Ryan Saunders, and lead decision maker, Gersson Rosas. A source present at the workout told ESPN 'Melo' shot the ball well and had no issues getting through the workout.
Unlike other years, is still unknown who will be the No. 1 overall pick in 2020. Ball is one of three candidates to be selected first, along with former Memphis center James Wiseman and Georgia guard Anthony Edwards.
NBA Draft specialist, Givony stated the Timberwolves also are expected to conduct trade discussions with a number of teams interested in acquiring the top pick.
The Chino Hills native recently signed a multi-year shoe deal with Puma Basketball. He was also named Rookie of the Year at the NBL for his great performances with the Illawarra Hawks, where he averaged 17 points, seven assists and seven rebounds per game.
