The NBA and NBPA have announced the latest Coronavirus test results.

The National Basketball Players Association has confirmed out of the 558 players tested for COVID-19 since Dec. 16, two new players have returned confirmed positive tests.

Anyone who has returned a confirmed positive test is isolated until they are cleared for leaving isolation under the rules established by the NBA and the Players Association in accordance with CDC guidance.

The identity of the players will remain undisclosed, according to the league.

This will be a challenging season trying to keep all the players following the regulations. The season opener for the Rockets got postponed because Houston players returned tests that were either positive or inconclusive for coronavirus under the NBA’s testing program.
