This is not the first time Warren undergoes a procedure like this, considering he also had season-ending surgery for a stress fracture in 2016 while with the Phoenix Suns.
The Pacers froward had a strong performance during the Orlando restart last season.
Warren was named in the All-Bubble first team, averaging 31 points in six games including a 53-point game against Philadelphia to tie the team’s single-game scoring record.
Prior to the injury, the 27-year-old was averaging 15.5 points this season.
