The Miami Hurricanes rolled past Arkansas State to a 21 point victory on Saturday by a score of 41-20. It was total domination by Miami's starting quarterback Brad Kaaya as he completed 16-of-24 throwing for 342 yards with four touchdowns. He did make one mistake in throwing a interception, but it did not hurt the Canes' in the least.

Kaaya had one man he relied on in the game and it was Phillip Dorsett. He hauled in four receptions for 201 yards and two touchdowns. He was not the only one that showed up. The Hurricanes have this running back named Duke Johnson and he carried the ball 14 times for 90 yards and one touchdown.

Arkansas State made it close early in the third quarter when they scored in less than three minutes. Fredi Knighten's one yard touchdown came after Dorsett's 63 yard touchdown catch from Kaaya.

Even though the score was lopsided in Miami's favor, the Red Wolves led in the first down categories 24-20. However, as we all know and the Hurricanes know, the only stats that matter is the final score. Miami did outgain Arkansas State 488-329 in total yards.

The only shining player for Arkansas State was Fredi Knighten as he went 22-for-40 on 217 yards. After this loss the Red Wolves fall to 1-2 on the season and the Hurricanes improve to 2-1.
