Be sure to stay here for the entire duration of the game today on VAVEL USA. The projected kickoff time is 12:00 PM ET.

A win for Tulane today for would make it the first time they have won three consecutive wins since the 2013 season, when Tulane won four consecutive games in the heart of the year. Back in 2013, Tulane made it to the New Orleans Bowl, where they would go on to lose to the University of Louisiana-Lafayette Ragun' Cajuns.

Temple is on the verge of cracking college football polls across the nation. In the AP Top 25, the Owls were ranked 29th, missing the top 25 by four spots and 42 points. In the Coaches PollTemple ranked 31st overall. In ESPN's Power RankingsTemple was tied for 25th with fellow American Athletic Conference member the Houston Cougars. A win today and a few losses of teams at the bottom of polls could propel the Owls into the Top 25.

If Temple can beat Tulane today, then it would be their first 5-0 start since 1974 as well. The 1974 Temple Owls team started 6-0 and finished the year at 8-2, where quarterback Steve Joachim won the Maxwell Award, given to the most outstanding college football player of a season, that year.

For Tulane, thier defense is their key to the game. All year, Tulane has not been solid on defense. Temple's defense is very hard to overcome, but their offense can be stopped. If Tulane can find a way to limit Temple's offense, maybe they find enough cracks in Temple's defense to take down the Owls and complete an upset victory.

This game for Temple comes down to their passing game. Their defense and run game have been reliable all year, but their passing game has been their weakest part of their game all year. While Walker has done well, but if one other component of their game slips up, Walker needs to step up and fill in to lead the Owls to another lead.

Looking to the Green Wave, their defense has been the reason they dropped the first two games of the season. Their defense has alloweded an average of 35 points per game, which does not look well against an Owls' offense that has been starting to get things going this year.

Turning to the defensive side of the ball, this is where the Owls truly succeed and dominate games. The Owls defense, led by linebacker Tyler Matakevich and defensive back Nate L. Smith, have been able to shut down opponents run games, limiting them to an average of only 118 yards per game (27th best in the nation).

Looking to Tulane, their offense is centered around quarterback Tanner Lee. Lee has thrown for 878 yards so far along with seven touchdowns. Lee's play has led Tulane to average 25 points per game on the year and average a total of 352.8 yards per game. Lee's favorite targets include wide outs Teddy Veal and Devon Breaux.

Temple's offense so far through the 2015 season has vastly improved from last year. They are currently averaging 30.8 points per game and 348.2 yards per game. The two highlights of the team are running back Jahad Thomas and quarterback P.J. Walker.
