The Virginia native became a youtube star during his high school career due to his amazing dunks in the junior circuit. He also proved to be a versatile scorer in his time at Georgetown, despite having an injury-plagued sophomore season.
Unless he obtains a waiver, McClung will have to sit a season due to NCAA transfer rules.
Mac decided to test the waters and declare for the NBA Draft while maintaining eligibility, but decided to pull his name out after just a couple of weeks into the process.
Multiple NBA players like Trae Young, Jarrett Culver, and more congratulated him for making his transfer official. Even the NFL MVP, Patrick Mahomes sent his best wishes to McClung.
