Semifinal at the 2021 Capital One Orange Bowl
The Michigan Wolverines crushed Iowa 42-3 in the Big Ten title game to clinch a spot in the semifinal against the Georgia Bulldogs.
Both will seek to reach the Capital One Orange Bowl, the winner will face Alabama, seeded or Cincinnati, fourth seeded, in the national championship game on January 10. The teams split two previous encounters with the Wolverines prevailing in 1957 and Georgia winning in 1965.

This is how Georgia arrive
On the other hand, Georgia leads the league in scoring defense, with only 9.5 points allowed per game, and ranks second in total defense with 254.4 yards per game.
The Bulldogs gave up 10 or fewer points nine times, throwing three shutouts. Although Georgia extended its Bowl streak to 25 in a row, the national leader, the bitter loss to Crimson Tide is serving as motivation to go into this game.
Georgia ranks seventh in scoring offense with 39.4 points per game and scored at least 30 points in 11 straight games before the heavy setback against Alabama.
This is how Michigan arrive
Michigan boasts the best defensive player in the nation, defensive end Aidan Hutchinson, the runner-up for the Heisman Trophy. However, how he fares on offense against Georgia's fierce defense could be the key element. The Wolverines rank 12th nationally in scoring offenses with 37.7 points per game and surpassed 30 points 10 times.
