Baltimore's offense looked good early in the season, with Jackson playing at a high level, while the running game is still playing well after J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards. It's been a different story on the pitch lately.

The Ravens have reached 20 points just twice in the last seven games. They haven't scored a first-quarter touchdown in either of those and hence the lack of good results in recent weeks.

Lamar Jackson already missed a game this season because he was ill, and the Ravens won that game with backup Tyler Huntley. Baltimore nearly rallied to beat Cleveland last weekend with Huntley, but lost 24-22. That was the second straight loss for the Ravens, whose position at the top of the AFC North seems increasingly weak. Currently Kansas City is the No. 1 team.

This would be a huge clash this weekend if both quarterbacks were completely healthy, but that will not happen today, sadly.

Rodgers hasn't practiced much since he injured his toe last month, and the injury hasn't really hampered his production. The reigning MVP has thrown 10 touchdown passes without an interception in his last three games.

The last time the Packers faced Baltimore, Rodgers broke his collarbone and replacement Brett Hundley threw three interceptions. Green Bay can clinch the NFC North with a win this week or a Minnesota loss.

The last time Baltimore faced Green Bay, Aaron Rodgers did not play and the Packers were eliminated that season in 2017.

That's the kind of scenario the Ravens hope to avoid this weekend, and sadly it is now Lamar Jackson who will not play this afternoon. The Baltimore star came out of last weekend's loss in Cleveland with a sprained ankle and missed practice time this week. Rodgers has had his own problems to deal with, but he has been able to play with an injured finger.

Lamar Jackson was relieved in the second quarter by backup quarterback Tyler Huntley. The youngster spent much of the second half struggling, but still kept Baltimore in the game, and the Ravens, who were down 24-6 at halftime, edged closer 24-22 with a TD pass from 8 yards from Huntley to Mark Andrews with 1:17 left. After recovering the short kick, Baltimore was unable to score. Andrews had 11 receptions for 115 yards and broke Baltimore's season-long record for yards received by a tight end, beating Todd Heap's 855 in 2005.

The Green Bay Packers trailed 27-21 at halftime, but scored the first 24 points of the second half. Green Bay holds a four-game lead over Minnesota in the NFC North. The victory came with some injury concerns heading into this matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Starting right tackle Billy Turner injured his knee in the second quarter and did not return to the game, so the alarms immediately went off. WR Malik Taylor suffered an abdominal injury and Equanimeous St. Brown exited the game to be evaluated for a concussion. All players are listed as questionable for this match.

The Baltimore Ravens had a late comeback attempt that fell short in a 24-22 loss to the Cleveland Browns last Sunday. Superstar QB Lamar Jackson was forced to leave the field after spraining his ankle. The 2019 NFL MVP could not put up ankle support, a terrifying sight for the Ravens, still leaders of the AFC North, who have been plagued by injuries this season. Early reports indicate he's just a sprain, and he's seen as questionable to face the Packers in this game.
