Dallas Cowboys 13, Green Bay Packers 20.

Prediction: The Cowboys have injuries all over the field but especially on the offensive side of the ball. Prescott has given a good account of himself this season but the continued absence of Dez Bryant will hurt his production at some point. The Packers defense will probably be the toughest one Prescott has faced yet so he will need to be accurate and not give up too many bad plays to keep Rogers off the field if the Cowboys want to win this. The Packers on the other hand, will want their pass rush to get after the rookie quarter back. The less time they give Prescott to think, the more likely the chances of him making mistakes which is what the Packers will want to capitalize on. As this game is being played at Lambeau Field, not many people will bet against the Packers and we at VAVEL feel the same. This should be another Green Bay win.

The head coach for the Dallas Cowboys is Jason Garrett while the Packers, as always, are led by Mike McCarthy.

The match is being played at Lambeau Field in Green BayWisconsin. Game time is scheduled for 4:25PM EST.

The last match that the Packers played was at home against the New York Giants which resulted in a 23-16 win for the home side. It was not a dominant performance by the Packers and they almost let the Giants snatch the win away from them late in the second half. Nick Perry and Clay Matthews have so far been the best pass rushers for the Packers and their play prevented the Giants from winning last time out. More will be asked of the defense, especially the secondary, this Sunday as their opponents seem to be in good form and two interceptions so far this season will not be enough for the Packers. They will want more from the defense.

To help Rogers, the Packers will look to wide receiver Jordy Nelson who has returned in fine form this season after missing most of last season through injury. Nelson is a favourite target of Rogers and his 21 receptions for 244 yards reflect that. Nelson has helped himself to five touchdowns and will hope to add a few more against the Packers' opponents this weekend. Along with Nelson, Randall Cobb continues to grow in the Packers offensive system. Although the receiver does not have a touchdown yet this season, his route running always make him available for Rogers should a scramble occur during a drive. Cobb also has 21 receptions for 240 yards and his sure hands have seen him not fumble the ball once it has come to him. The Packers starting running back, Eddie Lacy gives Rogers the room to stay with the running game if needed. Lacy has managed 295 total rushing yards but his lack of big runs down the field have made the running game for the Packers decrease in production, something they will have addressed during the bye.

As always, quarter back Aaron Rogers will lead the Packers out at Lambeau Field and hope to continue his good start to the season. Rogers has completed 56% of his passes so far this season for a total of 867 passing yards. He has found nine touchdowns in his four games so far but has had trouble escaping pressure and has been sacked eight times. For the Packers to keep up with the undefeated Vikings in the NFC North, Rogers will need to increase his total production and hope that his receivers are able to keep a hold of the ball long enough to make the necessary plays.

After an uncharacteristic loss against the Minnesota Vikings, the Green Bay Packers come back from their bye with a 3-1 record so far this season. The bye was a welcome one for the Packers as they were able to help some players recover from injury and have them ready for the game this weekend against a NFC rival.

Alongside Prescott, another rookie has been making a name for himself in the NFL. First round draft pick, Ezekiel Elliott is currently living up to the hype that saw him picked fourth overall by the Cowboys. Elliott has fiv touchdowns so far this season and is averaging over 100 rushing yards per game. Add that to the performances of wide receiver Cole Beasley who has been excellent in the slot this season, and the Cowboys have found a winning formula that helps their young quarter back. Where the Cowboys have seemingly struggled in has been at getting to the quarter back. It has not stopped them from winning their games, but against their opponents on Sunday, not having a consistent pass rush will lose the game for them.

At the heart of this winning streak is the performances of rookie quarter back Dak Prescott. After coming in for an injured Tony Romo in the first game of the season, Prescott has not looked back and his performances have surprised many. Prescott has a pass completion percentage of 69 for a total of 1239 passing yards. In those plays, Prescott has four touchdowns and no interceptions, which shows how accurate and how careful he has been with the ball. If he continues like this, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones may be faced with a very uncomfortable situation when Romo returns to full fitness.

The Dallas Cowboys are on a roll. After losing their home opener against the Giants, the Cowboys have won four straight games, one of those against a good Cincinnati Bengals side. That 24-18 win at home against the Bengals has certainly raised expectations of the Cowboys, especially considering that that win came without the services of their premier wide receiver Dez Bryant who was ruled out through injury. Another win at Lambeau could have Cowboy fans dreaming of the Super Bowl once again, even this early in the season.
