IndyCar: Briscoe, Mann In For SPM, Coyne At Texas

After sitting out of the Detroit weekend for testing in Le Mans, Ryan Briscoe returns to the No. 5 SPM car and Pippa Mann will drive for Dale Coyne Racing at this Saturday night's Firestone 600.

Tristan Vautier, after a good weekend in Detroit, returns to the No. 19 Dale Coyne Racing entry, but the No. 18 car will have a different driver once again.

This weekend, for the Firestone 600 at Texas Motor Speedway, Pippa Mann will be at the wheel of the team's No. 18 car, replacing Rodolfo Gonzalez who drove it at Detroit.

Mann drove to a 22nd place finish at the Indianapolis 500, her only planned race for this season.

Also, Ryan Briscoe will fill in for the injured James Hinchcliffe once again after doing so at the Indianapolis 500. Conor Daly drove the No. 5 Schmidt Peterson Motorsports car at Detroit while Briscoe was in France testing for Corvette Racing and the 24 Hours of Le Mans, but will return to the Verizon IndyCar Series for 600 miles at Texas on Saturday night.
