Brayan Angulo is back!

Regarded by many as one of the best full-backs in Liga MX, Brayan Angulo is clear to compete against Chivas after recovering from injury.

The last time these two teams faced each other at Estadio Akron, Angulo had a very unusual hat-trick as he scored twice for Puebla and also had an own goal.

Chivas continues to have players unavailable

Chivas boss Luis Fernando Tena won't be able to count on Fernando Beltrán and Alexis Vega who tested positive with COVID-19 and continue in isolation.

Furthermore, Ángel Zaldívar is out of action with a left hamstring injury.

Tonight's officiating team!

The referee for the match will be Jorge Alberto Pérez Durán.

He'll be assisted by Miguel Ángel Hernández and Jessica Fernández on the sidelines.

Saul Alfredo Silva will act as the fourth official.

Puebla to continue in good form!

'La Franja' has had a start that can be qualified as nothing short of surprising.

With a style heavily reliant on its defense, they have been able to beat Mazatlán 1-4 and tied against Cruz Azul 1-1.

At the start of this third match day,  they sit 3rd on the Liga MX table and will be looking for another win that would really cement their chances of reaching the playoffs.

Guadalajara in need of a win!

Chivas hasn't had an optimal start to the Guard1anes 2020 tournament.

In their season opener against León, they did not lose because Angel Mena did not take full advantage of the chances created by the green side.

The second game of the season was a disappointing loss against Santos Laguna by a 0-2 scoreboard.

Can they finally get a win against Puebla?

Kick-off Time
