Secure your ticket

It is very likely that the United States will defeat Martinique in a while, so if Canada manages to win this afternoon, they would be playing for first place in the section next Sunday against the hosts.

July 15, 2021 6:22 PM ET

Kill or be killed

Haiti gave a good performance against the United States but it was not enough, however, in the Gold Cup plans when they qualified, the most important match to be played would be this one against Canada, as it is the opportunity to snatch second place in the sector and advance to the quarterfinals.

July 15, 2021 6:17 PM ET

Curiously, a month ago they faced each other in a round-robin match for a place in the final round of the CONCACAF World Cup qualifiers, where Canada had many problems but ended up winning by a 4-0 aggregate score, taking a tight 1-0 away victory, but settling it at home with a 3-0 result.

Canada: not to be overconfident

Canada should not feel superior and push the accelerator, because although they had no problems to beat Martinique, they started the match losing because of a defensive mistake and, against the Haitians, they cannot be overconfident in the low sector.

July 15, 2021 5:32 PM ET

Haiti: be effective

Haiti gave the United States a run for their money and only lost by the narrowest of margins, but it could have been a different story if they had been more effective in front of goal.

July 15, 2021 5:27 PM ET

Group B Activity

Haiti and Canada will face each other with two different paths, as the former will be looking for their first points of the tournament and the latter, with a victory, will almost have almost secured their pass to the quarterfinals of the 2021 Gold Cup.

In addition, it seems that the second place in the sector will be up for grabs between these two nations, which is why this match will determine a large part of the fate of Group B.
