This is how Nigeria arrives

Nigeria after securing its place in the 2021 African Cup of Nations, is now fully focused on achieving its seventh World Cup qualification and comes into this game on a winning streak after beating Liberia and Cape Verde.

However, Gernot Rohr's team had a slight setback on their next outing, when they were surprised by a 1-0 defeat at the hands of the Central African Republic on October 7, falling on a goal from Karl Namnganda in the 91st minute.

Having risen from the setback, they come into this match with nine points from four matches, and are currently at the top of Group C, two points ahead of second place Cape Verde, and this is due to the good work done on the field of game, where they have scored six goals and allowed only two.

This is how Liberia arrives

After failing to qualify for the 2021 African Cup of Nations and being left out by two points, Liberia was denied a good start in the tie heading to the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup as they were defeated by Nigeria 2-0 in the month. of September.

Peter Butler's players quickly passed the bitter taste of that painful defeat by beating the Central African Republic 1-0 three days later, thanks to Kpah Sherman's goal in the 86th minute. However, the Liberian National Team could not take advantage of that momentum. spirited, he collapsed and took two defeats in a row against Cape Verde.

This setback puts the Lone Stars at the bottom of Group C, and although their chances of reaching the final qualifying round are over, they will look to surprise in their last home games.

November 13, 2021 9:00 AM ET

The match will be played at Stade Ibn Batouta

The Tanger Stadium, also known as Stade Ibn Battouta, is a multipurpose stadium in the city of Tangier, Morocco. It has a capacity for 45,000 people and the city's soccer team, IR Tanger, plays its home games there. The stadium was built to host the 2015 African Cup to be held in Morocco, however this competition was not held on Moroccan territory. The 2011 French Super Cup was also played at the Tangerine stadium.
