Looking to win on the road
The Philadelphia Union are also on a big plan just like their rival (LAFC), as they are the leaders of the Eastern Conference and, just like the team from Los Angeles, they have only one loss so far in the tournament. The Philadlephia Union team is coming from a great 2021 season where they managed to get into the Play-Offs and have a very outstanding performance, also, they have been one of the most regular teams in MLS as it is already normal to see them in the first places of their conference and always fighting for a place in the playoffs towards the championship.
To make home advantage count on the scoreboard
On the other hand, LAFC is doing well in the nine completed MLS rounds, as they are currently in first place overall in the MLS Western Conference with 22 points from 7 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss. Likewise, after having a poor season in 2021, LAFC is repositioning itself as one of the teams that are beginning to raise their hand to be considered as a contender for this year's MLS title.

The MLS is kicking off and with it will bring an early duel of the Play-Offs as LAFC will receive Philadelphia Union at the Bank Of California Stadium, both clubs are the leaders of their respective conferences and at the moment have been the two best teams throughout the season, being the best scorers and the ones with the best defense at the moment.
